Jalissa is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who works to assist clients in addressing mental health and substance use disorder issues as well as supporting those striving for their recovery. She earned her master’s in clinical mental health at Kean University in Union, NJ. She has eight years’ experience as a therapist and has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings. She’s received training in Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and painting.
