Victoria is a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Licensed Clinician with over eight years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Holding dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Victoria has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. Her extensive clinical experience spans multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, intensive community-based programs, and private therapy.

In each of these environments, Victoria has honed her ability to work effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Victoria is deeply committed to enhancing access to mental health and substance use services, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse mental health and substance use needs, ensuring that services are accessible, effective, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. In addition to clinical expertise, Victoria possesses significant experience in quality assurance and corporate compliance. She has worked closely with regulatory agencies, including the Department of Health (DOH), CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), and The Joint Commission (TJC), to ensure that services meet the highest standards of care and are in full compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements. This experience includes leading internal audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing the documentation of treatment plans and progress notes to maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations.

As an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Victoria has provided mentorship and supervision to aspiring clinicians, ensuring that they meet licensure requirements while cultivating a therapeutic and supportive learning environment. Through these supervisory roles, Victoria has fostered the growth of future mental health professionals, instilling in them the values of ethical practice, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development.
